Thursdays Tumble with Paul: 5:30-6:30pm ages 7-10 6:30-7:30pm middle/high school 7:30-8:30pm middle/high school advanced June/July Session 5 weeks $75.00 Dates: 6/26, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31 August Session 4 weeks $60.00 Dates: 8/7, 8/14, 8/21, 8/28 |
Gayle teaches interval training through high intensity work and low intensity conditioning. Sport specific exercises geared to train both aerobic and anaerobic systems that will also improve muscular strength, flexibility and endurance.
