As a fitness professional for adults since 1997, Kim was approached in 2002 by the Newburyport
Montessori School to take over the Physical Education Program for their Elementary School...that is where
she found her passion!  Since then, she has gone on to teach Physical Education, not only for elementary
age students, but for Kindergarten and Pre-School as well.

Kim's philosophy?  She is NOT a coach or a competitor.  She IS a fitness enthusiast and a 10-year old
trapped in the body of a 30 (something) year old.  She loves to play.  Her most important goal for the kids
is cardiovascular conditioning.  "Kids should run, run, run and have fun doing it".  These activities also
reinforce teamwork, good sportsmanship, following directions and rules - all while having a good time!

she had her first child, she worked with the Pop Warner program as a coach/trainer.  She is instructing
mini cheer classes at ALL THAT.  She hopes to see the students stick with it and follow through to other
youth groups like our All Star teams.  Cheerleading and dance are her passion.

Beth believes that hard work and dedication get you to the top, even if it’s not a first place title.  What you
learn from your coach and team members is something you will carry with you forever.  She has a love for
watching a team develop over time and evolving into something incredible. Beth is in the process of
being USASF certified.  .  There are not many in the area so this will be one of the first!!  Soon to blow the
minds of audiences everywhere!
