Kristen Almquist, Director of Cheerleading, Varsity Teams Instructor, and Senior Level 2 and 3 All Star
Coach
Kristen has a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Salem State College and a Juris Doctor from New
England School of Law. She is currently a history teacher at Chelsea High School.
Kristen is a ten year veteran High School Varsity Coach. She currently the varsity cheerleading coach at
Ipswich High School. Kristen has successfully taken her teams to regionals and states over consecutive
seasons. She was an MSSAA Judge from 2001-2004 and 2006, and Outstanding Coach of the Year for
NECA in 2003. Kristen also received the 2008 Fall CAL Coach of the Year Award. Kristen is AACCA
safety certified, NHFS/MSSAA Certified, NCA Certified, CPR and First Aid Certified. She has
successfully developed well loved routines, stunts, and pyramid sequences for various squads in
northeastern Massachusetts. She has developed skills and routines for all ages and levels of
cheerleading. Her stunt sequences have received a variety of awards.
Rob Divo, In House Choreographer, Senior and Junior Team All Star Coach
Since he was very young, Rob DiVo has had a desire to be extraordinary, a dream to inspire, and a vision
to make it all come true. Today, he is a professional acrobat and respected athlete in the sport of
competitive all-star cheerleading. He has performed and competed in an array of acrobatic sports at the
state, regional, national, and world championship levels. These include gymnastics, cheerleading,
swimming, and diving. He has become an inspirational coach and role model for acrobatic athletes from
all over. Positively impacting the lives of others as an acrobatic performer has led to many rewarding
experiences.
With over 15 years of experience, Rob has received numerous accolades for his athletic and acrobatic
excellence. This includes membership eligibility into the Screen Actors Guild union for his principal
dancing role in the major motion picture, Bring It On: In It to Win It. In addition, he and his twin brother
were named as national semi-finalists for the 2005 Wrigley’s Doublemint Gum campaign, displaying their
uniquely synchronized tumbling skills. Rob’s experience in the entertainment industry also includes
working at Disney Channel with casting and talent executives at their headquarters in Los Angeles, CA
and for professional theatre companies. These diverse experiences and achievements demonstrate the
eagerness he has to fulfill his dreams.
Rob’s passion for acrobatics has inspired him to pursue a career with Cirque du Soleil as a visual artist
and amaze audiences around the globe. As he would say, “Never be less than your dreams…” and today
he is doing just that. Rob is a native of Haverhill, MA and a graduate of Emerson College with a Bachelor
of Science in Marketing Communications with a specialization in Entertainment.
Sherri Blomster, In House Choreographer, Senior Team All Star Coach
Sherri holds a Bachelors of Science degree in business administration from
Southern New Hampshire University. She has been involved with competitive
cheerleading for eight years and has competed all over the U.S. winning a total of
five National titles, two Grand Championship titles and placing within the top ten
at College Nationals. She has received several MVP awards and Coaches’ awards
during her cheerleading career. Sherri was Captain for both her High School and
College teams. Sherri is Level 5 USASF Certified, NHFS/MSSAA certified.
Sherri has been choreographing routines for the past six-years and is currently the coach of Danvers High
School Football and Basketball Cheerleading. Sherri's choreography has resulted in both division and
state title championships.
Sherri's choreography services include Full Routine, Stunt Portion, Dance and Motions Portion, Dance,
and Motion. Her routines are creative, energetic, and made especially to fit the team she is working with;
and she will always come back to assist once a team has learned their routine.
Courtney Whitaker, Junior Level 2 and Youth Level 1 All Star Coach
Courtney is a graduate of Endicott College with a degree in Marketing. Courtney
has been involved in competitive cheerleading for ten years. Courtney was a
graduate of the Beverly High School Class of 2000 winning two consecutive North
eastern conference titles and advancingto the regional and state level competitions
for Division 1. Courntey also competed for two consecutive years as a flyer on the
Co-ed team at Endicott College.
Her Coaching Career started with her return to Beverly as an assistant from 2003-2005, until she obtained
her own program at Hamilton Wenham Regional High School. At Hamilton Wenham her team advanced
to North Regional all three years and placed in the top three at CAL Conference. Fall 2007 led the
Generals to their first Conference championship in over 20 years followed by her winter 2008 program
competed at both the State and New England level as well as attending a High School national
competition in Orlando, Florida for the first time ever and received 5th place.
When she isn’t coaching Courtney works at North Shore Medical Center Salem Hospital in Cardiology.
Courtney is currently NFHS/MSSAA (being processed), First Aid, CPR and Basic Life Support Certified.
Cara Wilson, Mini All Star Head Coach, Senior Level 2 Assistant All Star Coach, Assistant Tumbling
Coach
Cara currently attends UNH. Cara has nine years of cheering experience starting with the Amesbury Jets.
Cara is entering her third year coaching at all that. Cara also cheered for Triton Pop Warner and then
Triton Varsity where she was Team Captain as a Senior. Cara volunteered as a trainer for the Pop Warner
Youth organization for two years choreographing dance and cheer routines for competitions. Cara is also
a wonderful addition to your tryouts. Cara has helped selected many successful CAL teams. Cara is
USASF Level 4 Certified and First Aid Certified.
Cristina Johnson, Mini Level 1 Junior All Star Coach and Assistant Tumble Instructor
Cristina has a variety of cheerleading experience. She has been a member of the Triton
Varsity Cheerleading team for 3 years. She has been a member of the All That
cheerleading team since its infancy. Cristina has worked a trainer for the Pop Warner
Youth organization. Cristina is very skilled at teaching youth level tumbling as well as
training new flyers in appropriate technique, safety and skill. Cristina's certifications
in USASF is pending.
Beth Ingham, Assistant Coach
Beth is a 1997 Triton graduate. She was a cheerleader during her sophomore, junior & senior year for
football basketball & hockey. Throughout her career she received the All Star and Coaches Awards. Her
team won the title of C.A.L. Champs in the fall of 1995 and that title still holds to this day. She is CPR
Certified. Beth is Level 4 USASF Certified and CPR and choke certified.
Before cheerleading Beth took tumbling at the same dance studio for 7 years. Also
from 2002-2004, when she had her first child, she worked with the Pop Warner
program as a coach/trainer. She is instructing mini cheer classes at ALL THAT.
She hopes to see the students stick with it and follow through to other youth
groups like our All Star teams. Cheerleading and dance are her passion.
Beth believes that hard work and dedication get you to the top, even if it’s not a first place title. What you
learn from your coach and team members is something you will carry with you forever. She has a love for
watching a team develop over time and evolving into something incredible.
